Creative Remodeling deigned and completely refurbished my kitchen, including new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliances. Working with Mike, Dave and their team I could not have been more pleased. They performed when promised, on time with excellent workmanship. My project was designed and completed during the pandemic and supply chain issues. Despite these problems they completed my project flawlessly.

Creative Remodeling Services was our choice for our kitchen renovation

We wanted to expand our kitchen by doing away with our formal dining room and expand into that space, we went to Creative Remodeling Services to take on this project and we are glad we did.

Creative Remodeling Services came to our house, surveyed the kitchen then we met with them at their office to pick out cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, sinks, hardware, within two weeks they mapped out a plan along with computer generated graphics displaying all of the materials and cabinetry we pick out

The project was started and completed on time as scheduled. Onsite project manager Paul oversaw the entire project from demolition to completion, the end result was exactly what we wanted, Creative Remodeling are true professionals and we couldn't be more pleased

Creative Remodeling Services "redid" my bathroom, closet, and one end of my bedroom. Everything looks beautiful and the workmanship is great!!! Plus it was very nice working with everyone at CRS! Mike and Dave were great at the design and logistics; Brittney was wonderful with me and so helpful in so many ways (color, patterns, "what goes together"); Paul was great and skilled with his work and so helpful and nice as well; and Kenny was helpful any time I had a question or concern. I am loving my new "suite" of rooms!!!! Thank you CRS!!!!!

We contracted with Creative Remodeling Services for a large master bathroom remodel in Spring of 2017 and were 100% satisfied in every aspect of the project. Dave & Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the proposal and were very helpful by giving their advice for their suggested approach to the project without being pushy and ignoring our input and ideas. Their actual proposal and quote was very detailed and comprehensive but presented in a very straightforward and clear manner.

We ended up selected Creative Remodeling after considering several other contractors (some smaller, some larger) based on the overall quality and price in their proposal along with our perception that they would do good work and be committed to completing the job. Once we were under contract they continued to provide excellent advisement in terms of picking final materials while still giving us the leeway we wanted to be involved and make choices. We ended up picking some materials and finishes that we may not have considered without their advisement and were very grateful for that once the project was complete as everything came together extremely well.

We were also extremely satisfied with the execution of the actual renovation work for the project, as everything was completed to our satisfaction and within the estimated time frame. Our project manager, Paul, provided regular and timely status updates and was also sure to coordinate with us for any key decisions that needed to be made throughout the working phase of the project. The rest of our house was also kept very clean and undisturbed throughout the renovation work, in fact you wouldn't know that there was a remodeling project happening unless you went in to the actual project. We were also very impressed that they were able to keep the project on schedule when the few minor issues that are inevitable for any larger renovation project did occur. In the end our project was completed on time and on budget, and the results of the remodel exceeded our expectations.

One final comment that I wanted to add was that Creative Remodeling were extremely honest with us in all our dealings throughout the project. There were several times in which materials ended up costing less than included in their proposal or when work for various parts of the project took less time than estimated. They were very up-front with us when these instances occurred and crediting these costs back to our total price without requiring any follow-up or negotiation. You will rarely see that level of honesty in home renovation contractors and for that we were extremely appreciative and very impressed.

We are extremely happy that we selected Creative Remodeling Services for our project and would absolutely recommend them for any home remodeling project.
