(October 26, 2022, 9:04 pm)I recently decided to upgrade my car, luckily I was greeted by Alicia Rothfuss. I have never met a more poised, knowledgeable, salesperson in my lifetime. She brought me several options of what I was interested in, was extremely patient, understanding & was excellent in guiding me to choose the perfect car. The entire experience was as great as it possibly could be. She is a true professional, on every level. I absolutely love my new Toyota Rav4. I have nothing but high accolades for Alicia and West Herr Kia! Thank you again!

Great communication, every detail is shared via text or email as the service is being performed right up to the final total. Stephen was awesome! In and out in reasonable time, and they washed my car to boot! Two thumbs up to the entire West Herr family of dealerships, they are all 100 percent consistent in their level of care and service
(July 18, 2022, 2:06 pm)My wife and I were shopping for a new car and settled between a Hyundai and a Kia. We were referred to West Herr Kia by one of the reps at their Hyundai location and told to speak with Jay Drenning.
We met with Jay and Candices' team at Kia a few days later and were very well taken care of from beginning to end and made the whole car buying experience actually enjoyable.
We didn't pay a penny above MSRP, gave a fair trade-in value for our old SUV, received our new car ('23 Sportage EX Hybrid) a month or 2 before their original estimate even with the new car shortage, and were in and out when we came in to sign all of the paperwork.
I'd hands-down recommend anyone in the market for a Kia to Jay, Candice, and the rest of the folks over at West Herr Kia.
(June 29, 2022, 5:49 pm)Went into West Herr Kia with the intent of getting a new car. After talking with the salesman, Fred, he showed me all the great options they had and I settled on a used Forte and can not be happier with the purchase. Fred was great in breaking down all the paperwork and made the whole experience seamless. The finance manager , Hasan, also did a great job of showing me all options they had and I ended up getting a protection plan and now I have peace of mind with my purchase. If you need a car I would highly recommend that you give these guys a try. Ask for Fred and you’ll be taken care of.
(April 27, 2022, 8:34 am)No complaints! I got the car I wanted on the day I wanted.. at the price I wanted. My Salesperson Davonte went out of his way to work with my schedule and came in on his day off to finish the deal! Would recommend to others without question.
