“Route 20 fitness is the best gym in town. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and the workouts are still challenging and diverse each day/week. This is a great gym for women AND men! Since going to Route 20, it has completely changed my mindset of how to workout and has enhanced my athletic abilities. I started at the gym while I was 12 weeks pregnant and the staff knew just how to adapt the workouts to meet my needs throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. The coaches and Scott were right by my side to gear me back into shape postpartum. The staff tailors the workouts to their client’s individual needs, the trainers are very knowledgeable and the gym has a multitude of classes they offer each day. The owner, Scott, cares about his clients and has created a “Gym Family” culture, which being part of other gyms in the past, this can be difficult for gyms to establish He’s always willing to meet with you to discuss your health goals; with that comes a state of the art machine that he invested in to assist with extreme accurate measurements/data. “Easy check in. Not very busy at time I entered. Check in easy Put in room right away. Waited 5 minutes. Nurse came in. Took vitals Waited 10 min PA came In. Looked diagnosed. Gave me medication. Had me wait to see if it was working. Checked again. Waited again 10 min then PA came back in. Gave me instructions ordered. Medication. Was very friendly and e aimed things to me Very happy with the service.”

“I had the opportunity to visit the Meeting House on a Sunday while they were having worship outside on the front porch. It is an unprogrammed meeting,. So people speak when inspired. It was interesting. I was given a tour of the meeting house and I liked it because it was very simple and unassuming. There is a main meeting area and several smaller meeting rooms, along with an area for group meals or a coffee hour. Social distancing was kept during the meeting and an idea was floated for inside meetings as well I liked it. I also received some literature about the Quakers and the history of the meeting house.”

“I recently had a Total Hip Replacement and spent a few weeks at Fr. Baker Manor Rehab. I just want to say, I found everyone there very helpful and very kind. I was one of the youngest members during my stay but thoroughly enjoyed all of my older cohabitants. The onsite OT & PT Therapists were very supportive and gave me just enough push to get on my feet quickly, securely and confidently. I had a roommate who had her days & nights mixed up, meaning when I was going to sleep she was just waking up. That being said, I had a couple of sleepless nights when I first arrived. One of the night Nurse's realizing my dilemma & refusal of having her removed from the room, went & bought me a pair of earbuds to plug into my phone so I was able to listen to music rather than my room mate. It was very unexpected and yet extremely generous. I never asked for this kindness in fact, it never even crossed my mind. I don't believe that anyone should be removed from their room and his very generous $5 gift made it so that we could live in cohabitation very happily together. I know that in the next year or so I will need a total knee replacement and have all expectations of returning to Fr. Bakers for their assistance in my recovery. I recommend anyone having surgery, recovering from a stroke or heart attack and in need of rehabilitation services go to Fr. Bakers you will be in the best of hands that are full of encouragement and excellent care. BTW the food wasn't bad either, but family & friends can always bring in your take-out favorites as well.”
