“I had a clogged sewer drain. I called and was able to get someone to come out within 2 hours. Kenny arrived, quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved issue within an hour. Prior to calling J Ando, I had already removed the toilet from the drain hole in my bathroom in the basement. Ken installed a new wax ring and put the toilet back in after clearing the clog. Greatly appreciated him going above & beyond.”

“The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.”

“Overnight parking available. Only about 10 spaces but it seems like they are not over scheduled so plenty of parking. You do have to walk up to receiving office and open the big yellow box outside. There are papers on the left to fill out and paper clip your paperwork to. Place your paperwork on the right hand side in the big yellow box. Receiving will call you with a dock and instructions. You do need a physical check to pay lumper fees. You do get a phone call when unloaded and paperwork is ready. So you don’t have to watch a green light. Backing into docks is not too bad. I watched everyone set up for straight line backs into spots. Slow unloading but it is a food warehouse.”
