Any time that I've ever had a concern regarding my condition, I can call and speak to someone immediately, or I can send a message on the Patient Portal and receive a response within a business day if it's not urgent enough to require a phone call. Unless this practice closes, or I move out of the area, I don't see myself ever going anywhere else for my Diabetes Care.
