He saw me during the COVID pandemic to remove an infected root canal tooth ... it was urgent that I get it taken care of and his staff made me feel very safe and comfortable. The procedure was quick and relatively easy. Tooth extraction is never fun but they made it as pain free and simple as possible! My recovery has been great with very little discomfort. I’ll definitely be seeing him again if I need any other oral surgeries and I will happily send my friends and family there. :)”

“Northtowns Oral is not the cheapest place you'll ever visit for any kind of surgery, but as someone who hates everything around the process, I would highly recommend them for any dental work in the future. The staff was polite and friendly every step of the way, from the consult, to the surgery, and the post-op. Totally alleviated the fears I had throughout the whole process and felt next to nothing afterward. If I need any dental surgery in the future, I will absolutely come back.”

My father can be a pain at times and he was very accommodating to my dads demands on moving an appt. Not once did i feel like my dad wasn't in good hands under his care. “I just saw Dr. Murphy yesterday as a new patient. She was so kind and insightful. I feel she listens well and I can trust her (ive had diabetes for 11 years now). However, before I saw Dr. Murphy, the one nurse, Patty(I think that was her name?), was very rude to me. I switched doctors because my previous endo was awful and didn’t help me through my diabetes like I would’ve liked. So I was very happy to hear good reviews about Dr. Murphy and got an appointment, but the nurse Patty(?), scolded me for not “doing more” when I just explained to her that my previous endo was not helpful at all so I’m sorry if I’m ignorant to managing my diabetes. She belittled me and made me so upset, I cried in my car. I felt very uncomfortable around her. There’s a way that you talk to kindly people that she doesn’t have that ability. However, Dr. Murphy brought certain things to my attention and helped me with my questions and concerns. The receptionists and the other nurse, Rachel, were super nice to me. Dr. Murphy gets 5 stars!! But because of the one nurse, I had to take a star away. (Sorry that’s childish but she literally made me cry!!)”
