But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). “Yasmine was an absolute DREAM to work with. I brought in a dress in June that I needed for my September 6th wedding. When I put it on the first time in her shop, she walked me through multiple options for how to bring the waist up - we ultimately decided to have her cut the entire dress in half and bring up the waist a few inches. Because of the radical alteration, I had to come back for *multiple* fittings to get everything just right. Yasmine was so adaptive and made every tiny change, down to the week of my wedding carving out several hours so that we could make on-the-spot changes. Yasmine helped me see the details to change that made my dress so amazing in the end - Even when I didn’t know what I was seeing, she could see it.
