“My father is currently a resident here and receives good care and attention. The staff are approachable and competent. The physical structure is very spacious-you do not find residents lined up in front of a nurses station as you do in many other facilities. The space is kept neat and clean-free of odors. He complains about some (sometimes most) of the meals but that seems to be the nature of the beast when you are feeding so many. Overall, we are glad he is safe, clean and protected at Rosa Coplon.”

“Very good chiropractor! I've had back problems since I was a teenager, and Dr. Ninan was/is able to address every single problem. Very flexible hours, will squeeze someone in last minute and excerpts all kinds of different payment plans! Dr. Ninan even came in and saw me on his day-off for an emergency!?!? I challenge you too name another chiropractor that would do that! Being a truck driver, and being away from home for days or weeks at a time, makes it almost impossible for me to set appointments. I never know what I'm going to be home and when I'm going to be on the road! Dr Ninan has always accommodated my schedule, which I know is a very hard thing to do for a doctor's office! 9 out of 10 times, I'm calling and needing to be seen immediately because my back just slipped out of place and I have to leave for work in a couple hours and I might be gone for a week.... I could ramble on all day about this doctors great bedside manner, flexible schedule, multiple different payment plans, and all around great personality, but I think anybody who is in need of a chiropractor should just do themselves the courtesy of giving this doctor a chance.. I guarantee, you will not be sorry!”

“Had a very positive experience with my recent Octane Q47Xi elliptical purchase from my salesman Richard, and with the manager, Mike. Because I have an adult daughter with developmental disabilities, it isn't easy for me to get out. Richard answered my numerous emails promptly, with definite knowledge about this machine and that it would be perfect for me with my arthritic knees. Had an appointment with Richard to try it out in their store and he was professional, courteous, and never pressured. Bought it that day and set up delivery and set up in my home. Once it was here...after very professional expert assembly, I just couldn't quite figure out how to use the programs. Mike, the manager, came right out to my home and showed me step by step, answered any and all questions I had. Just a totally very positive customer experience! Each and every person I came into contact with from G&G told me not to hesitate if I had any questions. I use the elliptical 2 to 3 times each day and love it! I remember you experienced the terrlible injury of your middle finger during that time. I so wish I could go back in time.
