I decided I would go twice and if it didn’t feel right I would stop . Our introduction was much different than that of my past therapists, she made me laugh before I even entered the room. She is nonjudgmental and shows a lot of empathy. She doesn’t rush you and waits for you to trust her ( even with trust issues I began to trust her completely and open up to her ), she also never makes you talk about things that you are not ready to talk about. I always felt like she knew what I was feeling. Seeing her always made me feel better about myself . She has great insight, and has taught me many things.”
