“I’m not sure why the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient there for maybe 10 years and I’ve got no complaints. I used to get counseling there but they only have appointments during the day so I had to find another counselor outside who does after-hours appointments...not a big deal. I’m very happy with my psychiatrist though. She’s very caring and involved. I have emergency contact info if I need her after hours and she’s always been available. My meds get filled quickly and easily w/the online thing. Obvs nobody wants to have mental health issues but if you do, you want a place you can trust with good doctors. I love my shrink and don’t know what I’d do if she moved or retired.”

She was supposed to get her braces on today but had a hard time with so many people having their hands in her mouth and Dr. Falsafi has set aside more time for her next appointment to make sure she is comfortable and does not have a bad experience in her office.
