“Ted and his Mom who run the business are two of the nicest people I have met in a very long time . Ted was recommended by a mutual friend. My wife was in need a of a vehicle as she was in an accident and totaled her SUV. Ted had a number of very nice vehicles on the lot . They were all pristine in appearance , my wife fell in love with a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The price was more than fair , and the SUV is just wonderful. “Overnight parking available. Only about 10 spaces but it seems like they are not over scheduled so plenty of parking. You do have to walk up to receiving office and open the big yellow box outside. There are papers on the left to fill out and paper clip your paperwork to. Place your paperwork on the right hand side in the big yellow box. Receiving will call you with a dock and instructions. You do need a physical check to pay lumper fees. You do get a phone call when unloaded and paperwork is ready. So you don’t have to watch a green light. Backing into docks is not too bad. I watched everyone set up for straight line backs into spots. Slow unloading but it is a food warehouse.”

“I am so glad that I found this place! I came here looking for garden flowers (annuals and perennials), as well as large stones that I could use to create a border for my garden. I filled my entire garden with flowers from this nursery. They had a wide variety, and the staff was super helpful in helping me choose plants and a small bush that would work for my area/landscape. I also saved hundreds of dollars by buying my garden border stones from here, as opposed to having it delivered from another company. I was able to choose my stones myself, and pay for what I needed. Definitely my new "go-to" when it comes to filling my garden - they had a ton of beautiful and unique plants/trees/shrubs!”

“I spent about 3 hours in the sunoco located at 697 Orchard Park Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224 this evening due to a terrible snow storm which caused my vehicle to be stranded. The worker, whose name was Melissa, was fantastic. Myself, my 2 year old son and 6 month old daughter were left stranded in the cold and over 2 feet of snow. When we called the store to see if we could come in and warm up, Melissa didn't hesitate to rush us in and warm up. She even helped me carry my daughters carrier in. She made sure we had a warm, and safe area to ride out the worst of the storm, and didn't seem to mind at all when my toddler was asking her a million questions, or getting cranky because it was hours past bedtime. And it wasn't just me, there were several other stranded customers who stopped in over the course of my stay and she greeted each and every one of them with the same cheery smile and willingness to help. She really took charge of a tough situation and made me feel safe in a time of need. She was truly phenomenal in every way and I feel so lucky to have stopped in and to have met her. I often drive by this station on my way home from work, and I just found my new go to spot to grab our snacks and drinks on our long commute from work to home. Thank you again Melissa. You were a blessing to my family.”

Getting a 53 fter in an be tricky when morning / late afternoon rush hour traffic doesn't want to cooperate...best to go into shopping plaza across the street, cut across the parking lot towards the store fronts, then exit back onto the street. Turn right and go back towards WH Prentice...back in sight side. Use the cab and trlr to block traffic..”

“So I drove through a cloud of sand flies on River Road and after several days they were baked on. I went to the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst and after 2 trips through the bugs were laughing...Mike the manager to the rescue. He personally scrubbed them for 20 minutes and then personally power washed my vehicle in line for my 3rd wash. It came out 95% clean which at this point is pretty good. I still have 2 free washes coming so I'm good. Thanks Mike!!!”
