(March 19, 2020, 4:04 am)Had a service appointment and dealt with Peter. All the issues with my vehicle were presented before me very clearly and in order of severity. The pricing was up front and nothing was omitted. Peter was very professional and a great, caring person who obviously takes pride in his work and has a genuine interest in his clients. I've been going here since when it was originally called BK Chevrolet years ago. Peter has been the one constant here throughout the name changes and facility updates. He remains the one service advisor I trust and deal with. Others have come and gone over the years, however Peter is the one service advisor who has been here providing me with honest and excellent service all these years. And I know he knows his craft well because we are both car guys (American Muscle Cars) and he has never deceived me or tried to swindle me by recommending services or parts I didn't really need like many other dealerships do. This is an Excellent service department and I will always be a loyal customer for many years to come as long as there are honest, caring people such as Peter working here!
(February 22, 2020, 10:18 am)I recently bought my dream car from Bay Ridge Chevrolet. Our sales associate Markos was the perfect salesman and I feel that we lucked out with him. He was knowledgeable about the product, and also very personable. We never felt pressured to buy the car and left feeling like we got a good deal. The facility itself is very clean and is somewhere I wouldn’t mind having to wait for my car to be serviced. I feel like this is a gem of a place very close to home. I highly recommend Bay Ridge Chevy and particularly Markos for your next vehicle purchase.

(February 18, 2020, 2:54 pm)I had a great experience buying my 2020 Chevy Equinox from Bay Ridge Chevy. My sales associate Noel made the whole process very easy and hassle-free. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles they offer and didn't pressure any decisions I was debating. Very easygoing atmosphere working with Noel and I will definitely go back to Bay Ridge Chevy for future purchases! Highly recommend if you call to make appointment see if Noel is available.
(May 19, 2019, 2:12 pm)Best Chevrolet dealership I've been so far, i wasn't even expecting the price that I got from this dealership. And I have been in many of the Chevrolet dealership the worst one is in Staten island. New Jersey Chevy dealership was alright but they can't compete with the prices from Bay Ridge Chevrolet dealership! Highly suggesting it. Markos was very helpful! Thank you
