Xiang Hotpot-Brooklyn

They were super pleasant! I loved the staff and their suggestions. Also the food was out of this world. I don't know I read a few reviews and they made me super nervous but it was great. Definitely telling my friends to go here.

Came here with my family for lunch. Our waitress was super friendly, and we were given a lot of options for food, many that I've never seen before. I really liked their shrimp paste with squid ink (not pictured cuz, let's be honest, anything with squid ink will look nasty). This place is perfect for groups. It came out to about $80 per person, and everyone left full.

They just upgraded the soup base. When you order the spicy soup base, it comes with tofu, Duck blood and quail eggs. Taste great!

They also provide summer specials including beef, chicken neck, chicken feet, pigs ears seasoned with special sauce. All taste very delicious, better with beer!

Pros:
Valet parking, no need to worry about the parking. Just park in front of the restaurant and someone will help you.
No long waiting. If you remember, the Flushing location is always crowded especially during the weekend. This location is just about right. Not crowded but the food, service and flavor are the same great!!

Cons:
Location is not very convenient for public transportation.

When you enter here, one can get lost in the warm and Asian themed atmosphere. It's an amazing feeling. The food is prepared fresh and the presentation is beautiful. Service is courteous. However, as with many restaurants, is understaffed. It took almost a half hour to have our order taken but overall, this is our favorite hot pot place and is much better than the more popular 99 Favor restaurant.
