StorQuest Self Storage

I reserved a 5x10 but the site didn't show that the storage was reduced height. The manager was able to show me other units with the same 3 month at 50% off deal. So although I spent more than I was expecting I still got a good deal. Staff was patient and helpful.

Elwin and his staff are professional. Everything was explained thoroughly. The facility is very clean. I would give it 5 stars but while signing up for the unit there was a system issue. My name was entered in their system twice so while Elwin was taking my payment and setting up my account he ran into a little difficulty because of my name being entered twice in their system. Elwin apologized and was able to do what needed to be done so that I could rent the unit I needed. I also liked how I was shown the unit prior to making things final so that I knew I had the correct size needed. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

The StorQuest team is awesome! They were very helpful, clear, and professional. The cost of their units are extremely affordable in comparison to other storage companies. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family! Also, Elwin’s driving skills are A-1!

The staff were kind and efficient and the whole process was so easy! They took the time to show me my unit, explain the process, and set me up with a free truck and driver. Moving my stuff was easy to do with their many available carts and accessible elevator. Thanks so much! 10/10 would recommend!

Staff’s customer service was great! Told them I needed storage for items I no longer needed in my home, but wasn’t ready to give up just yet. They helped me picked out the right size that would fit me, and the promotion that I got I actually felt like I was getting a great deal and not gypped like other storage companies. Will definitely tell others about this hidden gem.
