THE BESTTTT hair experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I have super long thick hair and it was slayed to the GODs wow. I received a cut (long layers) full head highlights with color touch up to my roots as well as a silk press. The color and cut is perfection!!! Beyond what I thought it was going to look like. Totally in love with my hair, so glad a friend recommended I go to October glory. I looked in the mirror and was like who is that???? Is this me?! Yes it is #slayed

Jhavaunna treats my hair with such love and care. My hair used to be badly damaged as a result of poor treatments and lack of care. I am happy that I made the right choice coming to her and allowing her to treat my crown (hair) with such love. Thanks to her I went from chemically damaged hair to now natural healthy hair. She provides an experience that nobody has provided me and she doesn’t rush you.

I’m a curly connoisseur that loves to indulge in the occasional silk press. There is no one else on planet earth or within the Milky Way Galaxy that I trust to press my hair other than Jhavuanna!

As someone that has had a horrifying heat damage experience in the past, finding a professional with the ability to manage and treat my hair was important. Jhavuanna is a dynamic professional and her work speaks for itself. If you spend a day watching her work you’d truly be in awe. Different textures and needs all styled and treated perfectly- natural hair, relaxed hair, units, sew ins.. you name it and she’s got it covered.

Her salon is absolutely gorgeous! Sometimes I linger around in the October Glory cape and wash my hands with the decadent hand soap and apply the luxurious hand cream and that’s before indulging in the tasty snacks 🤣

When I follow her instructions and keep up with my appointments, my hair flourishes. My biggest issue is retaining length and the two silk press photos are taken 2 months apart and the proof is in the press! My favorite part of the October Glory Silk Press Experience is when I wash my hair a week or so after the service and see my curls return to their natural state 🤩💕💕🤩💕

P.S. For naturals that don’t want to press, you can have your hair washed and lightly dried for a precision hair cut resulting in a beautiful shape and end with a twist/braid out, rod set or wash and go!
