My bras and sports bras were feeling a bit uncomfortable and I attributed it my husband drying my bras since he does the laundry. After a few weeks, it was clear though that I needed to be resized from 30G. Erica at The Rack Shack helped me try at least a dozen bras of various brands, sizes, and styles. We thought I needed 30GG but settled on 30H and I left with two comfortable Ewa Michalak bras and a new Panache bra (I have a Panache sports bra in 30G). There was absolutely no pressure to buy. The USA size for 30H is 30K. I also tried on a couple of cute bralettes that I normally would not have even looked at on my own. I have a Boux Avenue order on the way that it's clear I will need to return since I ordered a few sale items in 30G and Boux Avenue does not carry sizes above G cup. Luckily returns are free. I highly recommend a visit to the Rack Shack. I did not make an appointment but do recommend it to ensure you get the full experience since I think there are only two fitting rooms (and we are still in the middle of a global pandemic). Masks are required which made me very comfortable given the proximity when trying on intimate apparel and getting assistance with fitting. I was there for about 45 minutes.

This was such an amazing experience, booking an appointment online made it much easier. This place is over an hour from me but it was worth the trip. The owner is extremely kind and helpful and she makes the whole process very comfortable and not at all awkward. Even for someone kind of touch-adverse like myself. If you are used to buying cheap bad bras the prices may seem high, but for high quality bras with a great fitting experience they're actually very reasonably priced. Really would suggest this place.

I visited The Rack Shack a few months ago and tried on SO many cute items. The owner provided guidance and advice on style/fit without pressuring to BUY BUY BUY, and listened intently to feedback on what worked/what didn’t to help me find the perfect items. Going back very soon :)

The shop owner responded to my emails to advise me that she wouldn’t be in however her employee, Erica will be in to assist me. Erica is great! I even purchased a bralette that I had no intentions of even looking at.:) Thank you for making this a good experience ladies.

Booked an appointment a few hours in advance for a bra fitting. The owner runs the store. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She showed me over a dozen bras and helped adjust the traps and gave fitting advice on each one and recommendations on brands. Very impressed with the variety/selection available. I left with 2 lovely bras that fit great, and they were each less than $90. I see now why The Rack Shack has all 5 star reviews, they deserve it.
