Very honest, zero pressure and no scare tactics used by other dealers to get you to pay for unnecessary work done on the car like many do to ma kk e money. In most places(Bay Ridge Nissan is absolute worst in my experience), you go for one minor thing and they make you do 5 others and end up paying hundreds for no reason!
But not here!
Here, they will tell you that you don't need it. Imagine that!
