“We were rear-ended in our Model 3 and found Brooklyn Motors on the Tesla support page. We are so pleased with their service. First, Brooklyn Motors is an authorized Tesla repair shop so they were able to obtain original parts for the repair. Second, they handled the discussions with the other driver’s insurance company and coached us on the process. This was our first accident so it was particularly helpful to have their experience when negotiating with the insurance company. Third, after working with the insurance company to pre-approve the repairs, they completed our repairs more quickly than they estimated so we were able to have our car back within 2 weeks of them starting the repairs. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The car looks as though it was never damaged. They took full ownership of the process, start-to-finish. The team at Brooklyn Motors is also very friendly and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and kept us informed. If we are in need of body repair services again, without a question, we will return to Brooklyn Motors.”

It was badly damaged and the staff were very professional and said they can fix his SUV for him, if his insurance allows it. But he would have to convinced them too. I did see the tow prices, which was a bit high, with tight parking. But we parked in front of their business. Though I found everyone to be very nice. let me be honest. I never want to see a tow car company AGAIN. Towing prices are very high! And by the way, my husband's SUV was totalled and insurance paid the tow fees. IT PAYS TO HAVE FULL COVERAGE✌.”
