  Doug was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful! He made the entire shopping experience so easy and and fun. Bobs Brooklyn is a great store with a magnificent selection with great financing options. I love my purchases and will be going back to them time and time again.

  Raphael greeted us warmly and professionally as we entered the store... he was was ready willing and able to assist us in our search.
  I must say that I was also very impressed with his grooming for work. From head to toe and from entrance to exit, he was sharp. I so much appreciated such a clean and professional shopping experience. I will return again and again.

  Christopher was fantastic with respect to the service he provided. He was very professional, patient, and led me to the perfect couch for my apartment! Very great experience. I'd recommend Bob's to anyone! Will definitely go back in the future!

  Kevin.r was the best person to talk too. He was so much cooperative and very good listener. He provided us everything we needed. He came every time to us whenever we needed him. And showed all his concern. Show us very good deals and creative ideas. Thank you so much for everything. Hope to see you again in future.

  Someone is assigned to you once you walk in, they answer any questions about any products, she was very patient with us, we even left to go to another store with a flyer some guy gave us in the parking lot... (Not worth the time or drive) so we came back and took another 3hrs before we made up our minds, she was great. But their delivery guys are friggin amazing, hands down!!!! Our daughter's bed was to wide to fit up our narrow stairs in our home, I was so bummed, I was thinking maybe we may have to cut it. So I called my dad whose a contractor to figure out a plan for another day. Thinking the guys had left, I went to close the door and they're standing outside looking up. They come upstairs into my bedroom removes my entire window and two on the grass pushes it up to the third guy whose on my roof!! He pulls it in and sets it up in my daughter room, without thinking twice. Amazing is an understatement... This is definitely the location to go to. I live in Lawrence but didn't like the reviews about the location that was closer to me, especially about their delivery service. I'm so happy I went with the one further away!!! First time I've given such a big tip, and felt so good about it!!
