But seriously, I get my refills here all the time. Quick and efficient. PROTIP: They can only refill canisters less than 12yrs old. They actually stamp the requirements into the handle on the ones I have. Happy burning folks!

This is a wonderful local Brooklyn business run by two brothers. Full disclosure, Charles is my excellent and caring landlord, but the two brothers are terrific community members who have a fantastic appliance store. I am so grateful that these type of businesses still exist in 2021. Excellent customer service and care always.

I used to use this place 10 years ago when I lived in Park Slope they were always helpful and professional. Just moved back go Bay Ridge and they came the same day because it was the beginning of the heat wave. Super caring and helpful in helping me figure out the btus I needed without overselling me. I wouldn't use anyone else!

This place is amazing. So helpful.

I came in on a hot June day, their phone was ringing off the hook and they had just gotten a shipment of new inventory, and the gentleman (one of the owners I believe) STILL stopped and took 30 minutes to answer all of my questions and make sure I was buying the best air conditioner for my situation, which included a weird set up, a small room connected to a big room, curved windows, and more.
