  I have nothing but great things to say about Underground Boxing & Fitness! Coach Ilya is an inspiration and an excellent teacher. His classes are fun, challenging, and never boring. The staff is welcoming at all times and their generosity extends to all who walk through the doors. The membership offers unlimited group classes and access to any equipment we may need to facilitate our training at any time. This is the place to come to if you want to learn how to box, lose weight, tone up or just have a good time and be part of a sports community. I look forward to training every day and I leave feeling a stronger, more confident self. Highly, highly recommend!

  The best of the best! This is an amazing and friendly environment for anyone looking to learn or improve their boxing skills, boost endurance, and/or lose weight. The staff is friendly and professional. 100% recommend.

  Underground Boxing is by far one of the top tier gyms in all of New York. Coach Ilya carries with him decades of experience in boxing, nutrition, and personal training. He ensures everyone at his gym receives the proper instruction and guidance every time they step on the mats. Underground Boxing is fantastic not only for those who wish to compete in boxing tournaments, but also for those hoping to get leaner, feel healthier, and enhance their own lifestyles with fun training styles! I highly recommend stopping by and trying out a group or private session, I promise you won`t be disappointed!
