He worked with us through a long difficult process to find the perfect place. We had to go through lots of learning and rethinking, and he was patient and helpful even when I think he knew we were down a blind alley. He was ALWAYS cheerful, helpful, and willing, no matter what. He worked us through EVERY problem and road-block, providing good consul, and helpful connections each step of the way.
