Amazing staff, amenities, and apartments! Couldn't be more happy to be living here. Highly recommend!

My wife and I lived at Leonard Pointe for two years and unfortunately recently had to relocate. However, my experience at LP was beyond amazing! We loved our apt, the building & amenities are always well kept (the rooftop has some amazing views!), and most importantly the staff (Domenick, Brian, Jose, Miguel, Ben and Luis) at LP are so warm and accommodating!!! Huge thanks to the staff as well as community director Jacqueline Thomas for making our time there (and our move) so seamless! I should also mention the location is just perfect, so close to the subway and many amazing restaurants and bars! Thanks LP for a great two years!!

I can't say enough good things about this place and everyone that works there! I was put in a position where I had to move- out without warning, and everyone was helpful and accommodating. The doormen/women all know you by name, and it's a very warm environment. All the amenities listed live up to standard. I used the gym facilities there very often, you won't need anything that isn't there. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Leonard Pointe and the team here. My boyfriend was living in a one bedroom and we just transferred to a larger apartment within the community. The entire transfer process was a breeze and the team was more than accommodating on move in day. From management, concierge, and maintenance everyone is quick to lend a hand.
I love the onsite gym and the ROOFTOP! In the summer there's plenty of grills, tables, hammocks for lounging, and an incredible upper deck for stunning views of Manhattan. We're very pleased with Leonard Pointe and we'd recommend it to anyone.
