“Don't rent from American Mobility. I'm 67 and was on a business trip from Canada. Geraldine didn't answer her phone for two hours during regular business hours when my scooter broke down and I was stranded. When Geraldine finally answered the phone she rudely told me I was calling the wrong numbers. I had the only two numbers she gave me. She told me she'd phone me right back and never called back. I had to pull the scooter off the street by myself and push it to my hotel with the help of good NY citizens. I was in a lot of pain and missed appointments because of her business incompetence and Geraldine wouldn't replace the scooter. She won't refund all the money she owes me for the 2 days the scooter didn't work. She doesn't care about her customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE.”
