“Excellent customer service! Delivery men were very professional and friendly. While assembling our new sofa, they noticed a small tear in the leather on the back of one of the arms, in a spot I would have never noticed. They called my attention to it, and then called the owner. She then assured me they would get us a new arm by the end of the week, as soon as they could get one. Cue the next afternoon, barely 18 hours later, and the delivery driver were back at my door with the replacement piece. I love the sofa, but I really love the honesty of the workers, and the integrity of the owners.”
