While waiting for my disabled husband to complete a multi-hour test I had the opportunity to see some of the most patient, professional and compassionate front desk employees I have ever seen. Many patients were elderly and hard of hearing and the required verbal covid screening between mask wearing staff and patients would try the patience of Job, but the staff handled the patients with kindness and compassion and should be highly commended.
