(February 2, 2023, 1:07 pm)Had a whole house filtration system installed. Tech was very professional, clean and accommodating. He even did a minor plumbing repair while he was there without hesitation. He did not have to do that. Highly recommend these folks.
(January 19, 2023, 11:46 am)The girls that pick up the phones can get a little silly/unprofessional at times but Randi who came onsite was great and very informative. Being new to well water systems I had a lot of questions, and he addressed each one. I also had some other concerns that he could have easily upsold me on, but he tested my water and gave me his honest feedback which I appreciated.
(September 2, 2022, 7:32 am)We’ve been using Culligan of Mohawk Valley in our home for over 25 years. The office management and staff are always professional and helpful. When there is a problem with equipment or a delivery they do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Their servicemen and delivery drivers are friendly, considerate and respectful when they come into my house.
The Culligan products are a worthwhile investment and I highly recommend using a Culligan water softener for your home. Our water tastes great and feels good in the shower, and gets the laundry clean.
