I could not be any happier with my entire experience. I walked in panicked my car would be totaled fearing frame damage. Bill immediately reassured me everything would be okay and taken care of and took a great deal of time showing me what the extent of the damage was and told me exactly what to do next so I wouldn't be paying out of pocket for getting rear ended. There was excellent communication the entire process and I was kept informed of the status of the repairs the entire time.

As for the repairs I could not have asked for better. My car looks 100 times better than even before the accident. You could really tell the team went above and beyond to get this thing looking the way it does. I really can't put into words how fantastic the work they did was. Looking at the before and after photo I am still shocked. Thank you!
