(November 26, 2021, 8:20 am)I use Frucci for all my jewelry. They’ve made my wife’s engagement ring and then our wedding bands. He’s repaired 75+ year old heirlooms and just maintained and cleaned pieces up. They do most if not all work in house so they don’t need to ship your precious jewelry anywhere where it can be lost or stolen or switched.

The links to my husbands bracelet were removed exactly as requested and only after 100% certainty. The jeweler cared enough to recheck before taking actions and very good price for the work performed.
It was refreshing to receive such high quality customer service, honesty and care.
We’ve officially found a new home for our jewelry repair.
