Met with Dr. Kaplan today, and from the moment we walked in, it was a good experience. The reception area staff was friendly and helpful, as was the doctor, he was also very non-alarmist, informative, and easy to speak with. Can't say I had anything close to the poor experience some of the reviews here mention, maybe this office corrected whatever they were doing wrong.
