I was coming in from out of town and she helped arrange for me to get some product frozen AND delivered to the Manhattan store for me. She was quick, responsive and super friendly. Ceriello's will continue getting my business when I'm in town! Thanks!
(July 12, 2022, 5:56 pm)Amazing customer service. I love the sausages here and have been getting them for years. Love their prepared foods. I recently had a small complaint after many years and they went so above and beyond in listening to my issue, addressing it and correcting it immediately. I felt heard and understood and that’s extremely important as a customer. Places like Ceriello’s are what makes local shopping great and these folks have the perfect food, in store experience and customer service to boot. Bravi and I’ll be coming back.
