Title boxing in syosset was such an incredible experience. The owner steve could not have been more welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, as it was my first time boxing ever. The instructor Adam was energetic, and fun. The class was easy to follow because Adam gave excellent instructions throughout. I want to take this class everyday because I feel so good. Thanks for an amazing experience!!!! LOVED IT!

This was an outstanding class, and I will definitely be returning! Adam was a fantastic instructor and Steve was the nicest guy. The first class is free so it’s no risk at all. Come ready to sweat—it’s a difficult class, but that’s the point.

I first started my journey at Title Boxing Club Syosset in February of this year when I first walked in for my free trial class, and I never looked back. I became a member on March 1st and the rest is history. I first learned how to box when I was fourteen, but I haven't stepped foot in a boxing gym in over seventeen years. I wanted to get back into shape and train for boxing competitively again. After just my first month at Title Boxing Club Syosset I lost twenty pounds. After eight more months of hard work and dedication and commitment to this club, I am proud to say that I have lost 100lbs since I first started training at Title Boxing Club Boxing. I owe so much to the Team at Title Boxing, and I cannot recommend this gym enough. You get what you put into it because every trainer there will push you further than you know how to push yourself. Whether you're working on fine-tuning the fundamentals of boxing in a Boxing 60 or 45 class with Adam, Kevin or Tommy, working on your Strength and Conditioning with Sylvia or sprinting through a rigorous Boxing 30 class with Lorraine, every workout and every punch you throw in this gym is going to make you better, stronger and feeling like a different person than when you first walked in. Back in September I competed in my first Tough Mudder and now with my head trainer Adam, I am preparing to compete in some charity boxing events to take myself to the next level. I am proud to represent and be a part of the Title Family and I know with this team in my corner, there is nothing that I can't accomplish. I also believe that if I can do it, anyone can do it too. All you have to do is walk in and be ready to work! It's like my trainer Adam always says, "It's ok if you slow down, but don't ever give up, I will never let you give up." This club will never give up on you. I am proof of that.

This is an excellent place to work out. They offer class based sessions, private training sessions, and machine equipment. I like the classes because it pushes you to give a great effort. Also, it's on the pricier side but that encourages you to show up. As long as your class is instructed by a good trainer, you're sure to work up a sweat and feel sore the next day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a quality workout on a consistent basis.
