I was wowed over by how easy the whole process was. I was referred there by my cousins who used the facility. Mark G was my contact there and he was extremely helpful finding the appropriate size unit I needed . “Had a great delivery experience with my Model 3 here on my first day wit hit. Called roadside service after a piece of trim under the car ended up dangling and getting caught on something in a parking lot (I think it must have not been fully attached from the start). They had me drive over to the Syosset service center who got me right in, despite it being just an hour before close. They pulled the piece off and ensured the car was safe to drive, scheduled a mobile appointment to replace the part free of charge under warranty, and even put my car on the charger while I waited for them to wrap up paperwork since I was running pretty low. All in all, a really great experience in the face of what could've been a terrible situation as I was hours from home and there are no service centers where i'm from in Albany NY.”

“This is the entrance to a very beautiful Preserve, it has free parking, expect to spend a good part of your day if your planning to hunt for the ruins because they are well hidden and near the back end of the Preserve, have fun. If you know your lost, listen for highway traffic on 106, new hikers tend to get spun around in this Preserve.”
