“Four months has flown by! So much has happened with work, life, fitness, etc. Takeaways - I am much more aware of my "greens" intake. Doing better at getting them into as many meals as possible. I am much more aware of how little water I drink, but have slowly been increasing this on a consistent basis. I have begun working out and jogging more consistently as well. I'd say awareness and consistency are the two biggest things I've built over four months. Focus - My new goals are to continue increasing awareness and consistency, in everything, as well as build back to the endurance I had, when I was jogging more, several years ago. We have a mutual client whose car needed to go to shop before they could take delivery. Before I could even get think about insurance, he already contacted me and said just send me vehicle info and let me know what day she is going to come and pick up. I have never been able to reach an agent on weekends, they are all usually closed. I took a shot and emailed him on his day off to see if he could still get me the card and binder or do I have to call the main line and HOPE they get it to me in a timely fashion. “As good of an experience as I could of had, for getting two wisdom teeth pulled. Did not get put under for this, only numbed. No pain during the procedure, only some pressure and he was very informative and caring troughout the extraction, that only took maybe 10 minutes.
