“I have a host of dental problems from just bad genetic luck. Three or four other dentists couldn't pin down what my problem was. At my first visit, Dr. Pokorny was able to diagnose what was causing all these problems - early stage gum disease. He got me referred to a periodontist and my issues have significantly decreased. Dr. Pokorny's bedside manner is second to none. It's obvious that he cares about his patients. My husband has been going to Dr. Pokorny for his entire life and I can see why. Joy is Dr. Pokorny's receptionist and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her - she's always been patient, kind and helpful to the best of her ability; never short, rude or dismissive with me. Do not confuse/conflate Dr. Pokorny's practice with the other dentist's (Sonkin) practice. As for the negative review, I don't know anything about the other dentist who practices here nor his receptionist.”
