She was patient and had an incredible sense of customer service. She answered every anxiety with a calm and soothing demeanor. I loved the experience SO much in fact, that I decided to go back when I had to purchase another gown, this time for my brother's wedding, as I will be his best wo(man). Not only did Charmaine remember me, but she welcomed me and my family back with open arms making our experience smooth and incredible. When it was time to get my dress altered, my tailor was a sweetheart who you could tell took time and care to make sure I felt perfect in my dress.
