“I have been living here for two years now and all I can say is that I couldn’t be happier! I recently upgraded to a larger apartment and it’s perfection! Yes, there are little things that needed to be fixed here and there from the previous tenants, but the staff acted quick and everything I asked for to be adjusted or fixed was done promptly and correctly! The community itself I enjoy… it is VERY dog friendly which is great since I have 2 dogs myself so if you are not a dog person this is not the place for you. Living here reminds me of living back in NYC high rise looking out to see the water and the beautiful sunsets. The common areas like the lobby and the club rooms allow you a chance to interact with neighbors and meet new people which is very nice. As far as noise, you can hear neighbors above periodically, however that is to be expected with apartment living. The location is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem on Long Island. The only thing I can complain about that really bothered me was the dog feces around the property from irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their pets (especially when the property offers complimentary dog bags in case you do not have your own). Thankfully, management sent out a letter cracking down that they would be carefully monitoring and issuing fines for offenders no exceptions and it seems to have worked in getting the issue under control! Overall, Harbor Landing is a wonderful place to live and i look forward to continuing our residency here as we recently renewed. Props to Debra and her team for handling any/all issues promptly and for being so kind and pleasant to work with! They truly add to the magic of our wonderful community and make it all worth it!”

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have never got disgusted or disappointed at the way they work. The lady at the front is always super nice. “When my fiancé and I were looking for a place to live, we were considering several options that would put us at a reasonable commute to work but still close to family. We stumbled upon a cute little cottage in Port that was a little too cramped, so the realtor then showed us Wildwood and we pretty much fell in love instantly and haven’t looked back. In my opinion, there aren’t many places on Long Island that offer the amount of space for your money as Wildwood and Soundview does. Our first one bedroom in Wildwood was huge, and now we’ll be moving to a one bed in Soundview thats even bigger and offers a few more amenities that fit our lifestyle better for not much more money. The management team is fantastic. Anna and Denise are amazing and always have their finger on the pulse of what their renters needs are and how to best meet them. Maintenance is extremely responsive. Location is too convenient for words, and Port is really a great place to live. Family oriented with so much to do and a great community feel. We don’t want to leave and hope to raise our family here.”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our BoatClass experience. I learned the basics about driving a boat, the proper boating etiquette so as not to disturb other boaters, and tips on how to dock the boat. Chris, the captain, was amazing. He was calm and patient and made us feel comfortable driving at our own speed. He taught us how to read the instruments, what to look out for, and how to feel the motion of the boat to determine the behavior of the wind and currents. I also liked that we were a small group so those who wanted to drive, each got plenty of time to do so. Even though my mother didn't want to drive, she enjoyed cruising. It was a great day for boating. This was a different kind of experience for myself and my out of town guests. We had so much fun. Thank you”
