“I don’t know where to begin, except to say that surely no one else on the planet would have taken on the challenge of erasing the hideous damage my kids accidentally inflicted upon my beloved 12-string Guild guitar, unbeknownst to me, 20 years ago. My embarrassment was painful, having no clue that it wasn’t repeated clumsiness on my part! When I found out the truth, I brought it to Joe, and I know that the damage was so very extensive he only agreed to try to restore it because he is incredibly kind and tender-hearted. He knew it meant a lot to me and that it was my favorite guitar. A wonderful human being. Long story short…WOW! I am beyond thrilled! Too bad I didn’t think of taking “before” photos! It was so badly and deeply chipped all along the edges, and the finish was blackened in some spots—you can’t even imagine how ugly it was! So happy and grateful to him for his care and artistry. Amazing, skillful craftsmanship! Also fixed an issue with the neck , re-did the fretboard, and set it up so it plays perfectly…beautifully! Thank you so much, Joe! I am so happy! I highly recommend Joe and look forward to bringing my other guitars to him.”

“I have to say… I was not one to use dry cleaning/wash and fold services… however. I am now! I suffered a serious heart attack last winter during Covid, and the owner of this business, stepped in, to make sure that my children didn’t have to worry about laundry. Not only did she take the pressure off of my eldest daughter and supportive friends, she made sure, to continue this service, once I was released after my heart surgery. Meghan has a very strong personality, but her heart is larger than the state of New York. I have since continued to use her for alterations, repairs, “emergency cleanings” and the wash and fold pick up delivery service when I’m completely overloaded…. And I have to say, she runs an amazing company and a very tight ship. I will never EVER bring my coats, dry cleaning, gowns, and/or wash and fold to any other establishment in Nassau County!!!! I cannot say enough about her and her service!!!! Her Hard work is an understatement!!!!”
