“Have to say that that PBT Realty is by far the best real estate I have dealt with. I was faced with having to find a new apartment do to my landlord selling the house. So I called PBT and I am glad I did, Sandra answered the phone took all my info and assured me that I will be getting a call back and will get me in to see a few places. That evening she called me back with 4 places she had in mind asked me what time was good and told me what agent i was meeting with. She also followed up and asked what i liked or perhaps didn't like about them. I feel in love with one of them, got an application and then was in meeting with Joy the broker to go over paperwork and leave a deposit. Joy was very nice and told me that I would hear back in a day or two if I got the place, and the next day Joy called me with the great news I got the apartment and asked what day and time I can come in to sign the lease. She went over everything with me so there were no surprises, and the signing went great. I am so happy that there is still places like PBT Realty that really know how to show great customer service and go above and beyond.”

“10/10 My daughter attended Countryside Montessori and loved every day, this also includes their summer camp program! The teachers were attentive, and really made an effort to connect with our little one. I could tell that every day, they had dynamic, yet structured learning activities waiting for the kids. They tracked sleep and lunch schedules, and provided photos during their activities throughout the day through the brightwheel app. We could see on a weekly basis our daughters growth and newly developed/learned skills, this also includes her language development from as early as 18 months. If you’re consider Montessori and/or on the fence about this specific place, worry not, you’ve found a diamond in the rough 👍🏼”

“BP on the northwest corner of Mill Rd and Peninsula. I went for their vacuum cleaners. Easy access to vacuum cleaners from Mill Rd southbound. Turn "right" into their driveway about [only] 15 feet before the Peninsula intersection. Vacuums will be immediately on your right, right near the entrance you just drove into. A guy on YouTube said that if your car has a pile of leaves and pine needles on the "grill" at the base of your windshield, under the windshield wiper arms, the leaves will get pulled into your environmental fan, create mold & mildew in the passenger cabin, and the only fix is to remove the fan assembly, and it's expensive. Changing the cabin-air-filter is important, but the leaves and needles get past the fan and accumulate down there somewhere. The BP vacuum cleaner was powerful. The manager said a guy comes to service the two vacuums every other week, more often if necessary. The sign says Insert 8 Quarters, but my vacuum started after 6 quarters; your vacuum may vary. I opened the hood and vacuumed up the leaves and pine needles at the base of the windshield. The vacuum was still going, so I was able to vacuum the leaves around the rim of the trunk, accumulations there can allow water to get into the trunk if not cleaned out. The vacuum was still running when I finished both areas. Maybe it's still running. The store also has a surprisingly large variety of dark chocolate Kit-Kat bars.”

“I train in Philly and was in town for a wedding. Was able to sneak away for some training at Royal. The facilities are great, two showers and full changing room. Two mat spaces, both really nice. Took the no-go class, instruction was great and the rolls were technical and fun. Definitely check them out whether you’re dropping in or looking for a place to train!”
