“Four months has flown by! So much has happened with work, life, fitness, etc. Takeaways - I am much more aware of my "greens" intake. Doing better at getting them into as many meals as possible. I am much more aware of how little water I drink, but have slowly been increasing this on a consistent basis. I have begun working out and jogging more consistently as well. I'd say awareness and consistency are the two biggest things I've built over four months. Focus - My new goals are to continue increasing awareness and consistency, in everything, as well as build back to the endurance I had, when I was jogging more, several years ago.
