Nancy phoned to tell me the car on my insurance was not the same as my car - something I had not noticed on my insurance card that I had carried around for almost a year! She did not send me away to get it straightened out, but spent literally hours on the phone with my insurance company until every detail was cleared up! I didn't think of it, but she even arranged for them to e-mail me corrected insurance cards so I would not be driving illegally. She really went out of her way. And the repaired windshield was great, too.”

He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.”

“I’m a diy homeowner, after I purchased a wood stove I realized I need to have chimney lined. I had planned on buying everything I needed on amazon. I looked to see if there’s anywhere I can see before I purchase, didn’t want cheap Chinese junk. I called and spoke to jimmy, I believe. Explained the situation and he said he had everything I’d need. When I got there I met jimmy, he explained what I was buying and how it should be used. I asked if they actually make parts in house. THEY DO!!! Not everything but the liner and a lot of other hardware. So it’s a business, with employees that are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly that manufactures in house, on Long Island, USA!! Wish I had to line my chimney again!! Such a pleasure doing business with them. I have zero affiliation with them and I’m hard to satisfy.”
