Such a helpful and friendly bike shop! I love buying my bike supplies locally and getting a second opinion when fixing up my bike. Great to have in the neighborhood!
Marco is a nice guy and he charges fair prices. He tuneup my old bike fast and I didn’t feel like I was overcharged. He told me that he used to ride this model years ago. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your bike there for any kind of work!
I had a somewhat banged up bike and just needed the basics to be done to be able to bike again. Other bike shops quoted me $600+ to fix all kinds of things and tune it up, but this place ultimately just did it for a total of $65.
They replaced a ripped tire cover (I had several choices of tires covers but chose the cheap one for $45), adjusted the back and front brakes, oiled up the chain and also repaired/bent back the back gear that was bent too much in. $20 was for labor and I was in and out within 45 minutes.
Marco (the repair guy) was nice, chill and easy going. I recommend this place. Super fair prices.
Some stores try to sell, others try to fix. This place is the latter. I enjoyed true customer experience at its best. Friendly, professional, attentive, and very affordable. I brought my mountain bike to this shop. Shifters could not change the gears anymore. Kind of stuck. A day later I picked up the bike. Runs smooth. Feels like brand-new. 60 USD. Complete service even included. Best part of the story: Another store to whom I went first (a few blocks south, corner Broadway) said the equipment is too old. Not available anymore. Shifters probably broken. Cannot be fixed. Given compatibility issues, I better buy complete new gear meaning cassette, derailleur, wheel, chain, and shifters. Of course on top of a full-service package. Total around 800 USD. They suggested I am better off to simply buy a new bike. Riiiiighhhttttt !!!!!
