“Studying English at ELS New York was my best decision. I learned a lot thanks to a group of multicultural classmates and smart and well prepared teachers. I appreciate the attitude of my teachers and their high profile to talk with me at any time about everything: politics, economics, science, arts, popular topics, etc. The school is well located in one of the best areas of Manhattan, so close to subway, and from there to the best attractions of the city. I'm very grateful with ELS. I improved my English language skills when I thought it was late to me because of my age (I was 37).”

“This was a good place to hang out. My crew had soups, old bay fries and tacos, all good. Half the restaurant had a great view of the NY harbor including the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Service was casual. We had to order at the bar. Don’t know if it is so during peak times. We were there from 4-5.”

“Our big project was done in one day rather than a week and the quality and service was of a high standard. I would strongly recommend getting a quote from B & P House Painters if you need a job done quick and well. Thank you so much B & P House Painters!!!”

“Hand-down a must-have for your dinner line up. The sauces are rich, well-bodied and delicious. The fig balsamic glaze is an absolute must-have. I've used it on caprese salad which is a hit at dinner parties. Mario is an absolute gem of a human being and values his customers. A+ customer service. You can feel the love of Italy in every bite, literally.”

“The relatively modern Battery Park was mostly created by landfill starting from 1855, resulting in a landscaped open space at the foot of the heavily developed mainland of downtown. Skyscrapers now occupy most of the original land, stopping abruptly where the park begins. On State Street, the former harbor front and the northern boundary of the park, a single Federal mansion, the James Watson House, survives as part of the Shrine of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton; until the 1820s, the city's stylish residential district was north of this house, between Broadway and the Hudson River.”

“The Battery Urban Farm is an educational farm where students, residents, and visitors experience sustainable farming, enjoy tasting organic fresh foods, and learn environmental stewardship. The farm was developed in 2011 by The Battery Conservancy and now engages over 5000 students from over 100 schools and community volunteers who annually grow thousands of pounds of vegetables, fruits, herbs, grains, and flowers.”
