Blue Bottle Coffee

Stop to try it on my way out of the mall. I ordered a cold Nola with half and half. I did not try the food, but everything looked so good and fresh. The coffee is so good I had to leave a review! It is bold and not bitter. I plan to test it in hot/black when I return just so I can say for sure this is great coffee. I was also told they are earth-conscious and product containers are compostable.

Coffee and almond croissant were both delicious, no doubt about that, but the service seemed slightly disorganised. At some point there were 5 people behind the counter, yet I was waiting long time to get noticed and get my coffee afterward. And it was not even busy times! At least they don’t ask for the tip when I paid, like other similar establishment do, which seems to be some sort of a new trend unfortunately!

The coffee here is absolutely amazing. The line is SUPER long and quite expensive. We ordered a drip coffee, hojicha, and hot Nola. They all were made perfectly and the full of flavor.
