(December 15, 2019, 8:23 pm)Staff are very helpful. Very spacious and clean facility. Diverse people using the space. NCAA size pool. Towel service provided. Clean showers and swim clothes dryer machine. Small but good sauna.
(August 22, 2015, 1:21 pm)Clean, respectful environment with sauna inside women's locker room. Amazing weight room and pool. It's nice to see kids, moms, and people of all stages of life taking care if their health. This is a lifestyle not a fad gym. Love it.
