“I booked a last minute appointment here without reading reviews to help with my Muscle Tension Dysphonia pain, which was very bad. I was desperate for anything I could find and I couldn’t have been luckier to have ended up in the care of Dr. Diem. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs all while offering sympathy and support regarding my disability. Before the actual acupuncture, he gave me advice on how to self manage the pain. That was about a week ago and my MTD pain has changed dramatically with following the advice. Now on to the glorious acupuncture. Words cannot describe the attention to detail given to ensure I felt safe and comfortable along the way. After the needles were in I was then given an electrical current. I felt a huge sense of relaxation nearly immediately. And then there is Dr. Ming. Wow. After acupuncture Dr. Ming came in to assist with a medical massage. Finding someone to challenge Dr. Diem’s kindness would be nearly impossible, but Dr. Ming was up for the task. He worked out tension in my muscles that I didn’t even know was possible. Again, with kindness. After I was given a water, (and before the session a lovely ginger tea), by the sweetest woman to have ever lived. I was lucky to have found this place so last minute and randomly. I will be going back to the practitioners here as their kindness and knowledge is unmatchable. I finally have hope I can manage my disability.”

“I haven't sought help from the Public Advocate's office in many years, but my several experiences with them has always been very helpful. For example, when I had a solid complaint about a health insurance company, it always resulted in a positive response from the insurer within a week, with an apology and a check in the proper amount. If I had a problem with a city agency, the Public Advocate was very appropriately helpful. I will write an update about the result I get with my current problem. I'm confident that the Public Advocate will be helpful.”

“My review is about this Historic building and it's visibility facing Chamber Street and nearby City Hall Park and Brooklyn Bridge. The occupying agencies are for another forum. The building is solid and well built and serves as shelter from rain, snow and wind which can be extreme at this juncture. Spring, Summer and Fall events are often offered, mostly free and entertaining. The CityStore is right next to the North Tower and sells interesting souvenirs, garments and publications ranging from NYPD to MTA. Worth visiting for gifts and Holiday presents.”

“After reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received. Here’s how you get results; download the proper forms on their website, fill out the appropriate forms, have it notarized, go to Rm 1217 to have someone check the forms if this is your first time. Be patient, they are very short staffed. Proceed to Room 1225 to submit your claim (make sure you have a copy for yourself). They take the documents and date stamp them as proof of submission. I was told the process will take approximately 2-3 weeks for a response. Make sure you’re there before 5:00pm. I’ll post updates as I get them. I also tried calling on the phone 4X and didn’t get an answer, instead, I get a recording to leave a message.”
