Amazing health club at a very affordable price. The place keeps getting better as they keep adding more things (more new machines, juice bar, classes...). Having a lovely experience so far.

I come here almost every day, I really made of this place my second home already!
I absolutely love the environment, they always play some great music in the high-class sounds system they installed inside.
The whole gym is brand new, it has a beautiful, modern, and unique interior design. It looks absolutely great, and the tidiness along with the gorgeous facility motivates me to keep coming back and to working out.
The staff are very friendly with me, always attentive with me specially the couple times I’ve needed them.
The gym is still not even fully finished yet so I can’t wait to see what the final product will be.
Totally recommend you to at least come check it out since it’s a state-of-the-art facility that’s worth seeing in person.

This is going to be THE gym to go to in NYC
Now that sounds like a pretty enthusiastic rating and NO I am NOT an employee. What I am is a writer for bodybuilding and fitness magazines internationally for over 30 years and you can trust me when I say I have seen a LOT of gyms in my time! I switched to this gym from 31st St Synergy Fitness last September so have been coming here throughout all the renovations. This place really has risen from the ashes phoenix like from what was a very old run down gym. The renovation has been total and spectacular. I absolutely love the interior design and the sound system is something else. New equipment is being added albeit at a slow pace but that is not the fault of the owners rather the distributors. This is going to be the home to many professional athletes in the bodybuilding community and as I said in the beginning THE go to gym in NYC. I will certainly be using it as a backdrop for videos and interviews in the future. Oh and a big shout out to Lenny, Dejan, Inigo and Emro who I have known since our Synergy days and are my gym family!

Came here for a free day pass which resulted in me joining the gym. I passed by it a few times so I decided to walk in after someone handed me the day pass, I wasn't expecting such a nice and big gym inside. The vibe was great and the staff was very friendly, the sign up process was easy as well so I decided to sign up. Totally recommend it if you are looking for a gym in the area!
