Went to my first CrossFit session here! The space is really great and well equipped and the instructor/community was very encouraging. I had a great time with the challenging workout and will hope to come back again some time!

The best gym in NYC hands down - from coaching, to programming, to community. I’ve been especially impressed with CFUSQ’s new COVID policies - cleaning, temperature checks, social distancing etc to make sure members are safe and healthy.

I’ve had a great experience at Crossfit Union Square thus far. The people are so nice and encouraging without any judgement on where you're currently at. The gym and equipment is super clean (respectful of covid) with a friendly staff and community.

I joined Crossfit Union Square through my one-on-one training with Coach Chris, I don’t just feel physically stronger, but also mentally in the short time that we've been working together. His knowledge about the field and determination to cater to each of his athletes is impressive.

My CFUS foundations class was taught by Coach Ross who made me feel extremely comfortable with the space as well as the essential techniques, exercises, and form to succeed in my first class.
