I had a 9:30 appointment but they let us in early at around 9:20 even though they don’t open until 9:30. Very friendly staff, makes you feel like you’re home in Malaysia. I’d recommend bringing the exact amount of cash for the application fee as they may not have a change especially if you have the earliest appointment. Received my new passport and walked out before 10! Incredibly efficient and great service overall!

We were very lucky to have these very nice and helpful staffs who helping us through out our passport renewal on Nov14-2022,as my wife is a disabled person.Many thanks for their true heart and kindness.

Mr Ismaeel and the Tamil female Officer were nice and super helpful. Went out of their way for issuing my visa due to the website crash issue. Mr Ismaeel heard my concern on the phone, checked email, reviewed it and asked me to come earlier than the appointed visa processing time. After verification, gave me the stamped visa on the same day. Keep up the good work, Thanks!

Went to Consulate General of Malaysia today (10/05/22) to renew my passport for the 1st time. They were so friendly, efficient and gave excellent service. Got everything done in 55 minutes. Well done Malaysian team.

9-29-2022 Excellent Service - Very Nice And Friendly People. We were impressed with the entire experience. It was fast and easy. We were early for our appointment and they took us right away. We were very happy as the renewal process was very easy and quick. We were actually 40 min early and we left before our actual appointment time. Mission accomplished !
