Gotham Divers

We reached out to Tim with a relatively complicated situation of 2 certified adults in need of a refresher and 2 teens wanting to get certified with a plan to do Open Water Dives in Key West. Tim was always quick to respond to our many questions and made the process very easy for us. We all did our pool dives with Gokse, who was incredibly patient and thorough. Then, they made it really easy to get our information to the Key West Dive shop (Captain's Corner, which I also highly recommend). We are all now refreshed and fully certified and ready to do more diving now that it is a family affair :)

Excellent class! I took the open water certification. The instructor Gokse had a profound understanding and passion for diving which got me so excited about the scuba world. I am ready for my next certification! Gokse answered all my questions and helped me understand how to use the gear and the importance of each technique. I feel safe and confident to go diving on my own! I did the certification with Padi and while the videos are informative and give you the basic knowledge picking the right school to actually learn how to scuba dive is critical. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

We got our advanced diving certification in Pennsylvania with Gokse. It was definitely something we will never forget. Challenging. Exciting. Transformational. Thanks so much Gokse and Tim for making it happen with our specific needs. Can’t wait to do more certifications soon.

Gotham divers is fantastic place to start your dive certification. They are very friendly and accommodating. Edwin Moreno is a top notch dive instructor. He will make sure that you understand everything, so that you are safe and ready for open water. I did have some issues with my techniques, but Edwin patiently coached me till I got what needs to be done.

Even though I was born on a village by the Sea and spend my childhood watching Hans Hass photos, Cousteau documentaries, and reading Julio Verne’s adventures, etc. I never had the opportunity to scuba dive until very recently.

I am super happy for reaching out to Gotham Divers to get the SSI open water scuba diving certification. it has a great atmosphere and an old school scuba vibe.

Michel is a great Instructor, knowledgeable, passionate for scuba and for mentoring students to become good divers; Not only at a technical level, but there’s also a message of integrity and posture that will be helpful in and out of the water.

No kidding, you’ll find that many of the Scuba principles are super handy out of the water too.

I must mention the good times with the Gotham Divers team at Dutch Springs open water dives weekend, epic BBQ and great chat, jokes contest… that was pretty fun!
